Van Jason Hillard lives and works in Washington, DC. In addition to writing fiction, fables, poems, and essays, he drums in the cultish rock trio Park Snakes, sings/drums in post-punky duo Public Figures, creates/curates dreamy autonomous zones like Dr. Clock’s Nowhere Bar and Studio Ga Ga, and is an international field investigator for MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), as well as state section director and chief investigator for the District of Columbia chapter of MUFON.
